Immediate need for a Engineering & Maintenance Manager. The Engineering & Maintenance Manger will provide leadership to Maintenance Operators and lead continuous improvement projects. Prepares budgets, bids and contracts . Implements and manages the plant maintenance program with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. Monitors the use of inventories, maintenance supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment. CMM and Lean Certification a plus.
